Shipping & Delivery
All orders received before 3 pm eastern time Monday – Friday (excluding days warehouse is closed such as holidays) ship same-day. Tracking information will be emailed to the address associated with your order. Please allow until early evening for tracking information to update to “in transit” status.
FedEx Home Delivery – please visit this map to see transit time to your location. Standard delivery days are Tuesday – Saturday.
FedEx 2Day Express – if your location falls outside our 1-2 day Home Delivery window, an option to purchase upgraded 2Day Express shipping will be available at checkout. (Thermometers and merchandise purchased separately ship via 2Day Express service to all locations for no extra fee). Please note: Saturday is not a delivery day for Express service.
US Postal Service – provides delivery to AK/HI (except thermometers which ship FedEx 2Day at no extra charge). We happily provide FREE SHIPPING via US Military Mail to all APO/FPO addresses.
International – shipping quotes to many international destinations are available at checkout. Please enter your country and postal code in the “Calculate Shipping” box in the Shopping Cart. If your location shows “no shipping options available”, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a quote. All quotes for international shipping are for transportation only. Duty, tariffs, taxes, customs clearance fees and/or any other charges associated with the import of your order are the responsibility of the buyer.
All prices are subject to change without notification. We occasionally run promotion prices as incentives or limited time opportunities for qualifying purchases made during the promotional time period. Due to the time sensitive and promotional nature of these events, we are unable to offer price protection or retroactive discounts or refunds for previous purchases in the event of a price reduction or promotional offering.
All Slow ‘N Sear products, accessories, and Maverick Thermometers are covered by a 30-day, 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us at email@example.com within 30 days of delivery to request an RMA number and be provided with return instructions. Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. A full refund of product purchase amount, or current product price whichever is LESS, and any applicable taxes will be credited to the original method of payment within 3 business days of receiving the item back at our warehouse.
