Description

The ideal accessory for your charcoal grill!  Add versatility to your cooking styles by bringing competition-winning, low ‘n slow barbecue to your backyard.  The Slow ‘N Sear will help you “lock-in” your desired temperature for amazing brisket, pork shoulder, ribs, etc.  The graph below shows results you can easily achieve with the Slow ‘N Sear: 6+ hours rock-steady between 225-235 F.

Fire up the coals for high heat (350 – 400 F) on the indirect side for perfect chicken cooks or your favorite dessert (cookies, anyone?).   Or sear directly over the coals for a quick-cook steak or a finishing crisp on any meat.

The thermal image above shows the discrete two-zone cooking environment created by the Slow ‘N Sear.  On the indirect side, note how the temperature is uniform across the entire cooking surface regardless how close it is to the coals.  Both the temperature at grate-level and that of the food is even across the grill half-way through this chicken cook.

5 out of 5 Outstanding Kettle Tool

I read reviews on this device on line in one of the well known BBQ blogs. All the reviews I read were positive so I pulled the trigger on one and it ends up it is one of the best investments I ever made for outdoor cooking. I have to admit I was a bit skeptical at paying the price for the Slow and Sear but it is worth, in my opinion, every penny. It is very well constructed of high grade stainless steel with impressive weldments. All the claims made by the company in regard to this product are absolutely valid. The device comes with an instruction manual that is spot on. If you follow the simple step by step procedures you will have a perfect cook every time. Today I did a St. Louis rack of ribs in 4.5 hours and they were delicious! I have never had ribs that good cooked on my kettle grill ever. The kettle held the temp at 225-235 degrees for the entire period of the cook and had maybe a good hour of fuel left. The slow and sear should be in every kettle grill of every serious outdoor cook.

5 out of 5 Kettle Perfection

Kettle perfectionOrdered my Slow n Sear on the Saturday of the Easter weekend and Catherine shipped it the same day. I received it in St. John’s, Newfoundland, Canada Yesterday afternoon and smoked a pork Butt that was ready for a midnight snack! Can’t say enough about the product and the service! We are having a very late spring in this area and I grilled in 30 degree outside temp. The Slow n Sear maintained a perfect 225 – 250 for about six hours when the temp seemed to drop a little. Since it was so cold outside and being a first timer, I got nervous and added more coals. Probably a few too many since my grill temp went to 325 and I had trouble keeping it down. I know I should have done a dry run without meat but my little pork shoulder was only four bucks so guinea-pigged it (so to speak). All in all the SNS performed extremely well in very cold grilling conditions and I’m sure that when it finally warms up here and I have a little more experience it is going to be a fabulous tool for my kettle. I highly recommend it and the Adrenaline folks!

4 out of 5 Excellent accessory for your Weber Kettle

I’ve owned this since Nov 2016 and done numerous cooks with it. It makes indirect/2-zone cooking a breeze on a Weber Kettle and provides easy flexibility if you want to run your cook with water. Searing burgers and steaks is a breeze. I honestly believe I’ve produced some of the best steaks I’ve ever made using a reverse sear which the SnS makes very easy. If you want to improve your end products on the grill this is a must have accessory. The only reason I rated it 4 stars vs 5 is that I recently upgraded to the Plus and I love the added ventilated base plate on the Plus.

    5 out of 5 SnS

I was told about the SnS by a friend. My wife caught wind and got me one for Father’s day last year. It’s the single best kettle tool a person can get for their kettle. The pictures doubt do justice as to how heavy duty they are. I have no doubt the SnS will outlast the kettle itself. Thank you A.B.C. for an American made solid piece of equipment.

5 out of 5 Bringing good BBQ to San Francisco

After a recent trip to Texas, the BBQ out here in San Francisco isn’t cutting it. I needed to bring that Texas flavor out here. There is a big problem though, SF is cramped! I can’t fit these giant smokers in my little backyard. I came across the Slow N Sear after viewing recipe on amazongribs.com. it was perfect. Now I have people coming from all over the bay area to attend my Cook outs.I highly recommend this to anyone just starting to smoke, or need a travel smoker, or even if you don’t want to spend the money on a big smoker.

5 out of 5 Easy Kettle Low 'n' Slow

Love the Slow ‘N Sear! Before buying one, I was using a brick wrapped in foil when smoking on my 22.5″ kettle. While that worked somewhat, it cut into my surface space and had inconsistent burns. With the Slow ‘N Sear, the efficiency of my kettle drastically improved and 6-, 7- and 8-hour burn times for brisket and corned beef are routine. I would highly recommend it for both low ‘n’ slow and reverse sear on steaks and chops. Great product and great service!

    5 out of 5 Amazing

The Slow N’ Sear is a heavy gauge steel and very solid. I have the feeling it’s going to last for ever. This thing really makes smoking meat easy. Temps stay at a constant once dialed in and the water pan keeps the humidity up for a few hours allowing the smoke to really penetrate the meat. But lets not forget the sear either. It is perfect for reverse sear and dual zone cooking. This thing can put out some heat sear steaks to perfection. Best thing you can buy for your kettle hands down.

5 out of 5 What an investment

I was hesitant on spending almost as much as my Weber cost me on an accessory. But it gave me the ability to operate the kettle at a home higher level. As a newbie to the kettle it aided in temperature control and allowed me to start low and slow cooking. So it actually ended up saving me money by avoiding spending money on a dedicated smoker. Also made me a hero to my kids after they tasted ribs and pulled pork that I made. That is priceless and a great return on investment.

The Slow ‘N Sear absolutely changed my BBQ life. What were once “ok” ribs, chicken, beef is now always outstanding! While I may not be up to par with Meathead Goldwyn, at least in my wife’s eyes, I’m now King of the BBQ. 🙂 What a wonderful, simple, practical product. Hats off to the geniuses at Adrenaline!

5 out of 5 Finally Using My Weber

I’m finally using my charcoal grill.

Three years ago, I bought a Weber kettle because I wanted to cook with charcoal (others convinced me that charcoal was superior to gas). After 6 months of regular usage, my frequency of using the grill dropped to 0. Charcoal seemed like a lot of work only to spend 12 minutes cooking burgers for dinner.

(Actually, it always seemed to take longer than 12 minutes to cook them. We always had trouble managing the temperature. That was annoying.)

And then the smell of smoked meats began to catch my attention. My neighbors smoked ribs, pork, ham, etc. and I decided that maybe I’d rather have a smoker because the flavor (and aroma) was just so good.

So here I was in this predicament. Do I abandon charcoal for gas? Do I drop grilling to buy a full on smoker?

I was torn. I consulted with my wife who was against buying a replacement because chances were that I would stop using it, too. She didn’t want to drop another $300 or so on another cooking contraption.

And then a friend told me about the Slow N’ Sear, and that I could get great smoking done using the simple Weber charcoal grill AND also do great grilling. I almost didn’t believe him at first because I thought I needed a fancy grill. But I figured it was worth a shot since it would save me from buying a new smoker/grill.

So far I’ve smoked 4 pork butts, 1 turkey, 4 corned beef (to make pastrami), and grilled several steaks and burgers. All of them tasted better than what we get at local restaurants.

Since I’m new to smoking, the idea of using charcoal made me nervous. The Slow N’ Sear gave me confidence to try it out since it’s kind of self working (with minor adjustments to the vents). And each time the results have been really good.

I’m also grilling more with the weber because the results are really great, and the Slow N’ Sear works better than those trays I purchased when I got the Weber.

So between smoking and grilling, I’m using the Weber more often to cook delicious meats. I’m happy, the wife is happy, and my friends who come over for dinner are happy. And everybody is always amazed that I can get a great smoke using the simple Weber grill.

5 out of 5 The best accessory for your Weber Kettle!

I use my SnS for almost every cook!! I have been using my SnS on my 22″ kettle since Sept. 2015 and it is by far the best accessory I own for the kettle. It makes controlling temperatures so much easier. I have smoked many butts, ribs, and briskets on it. I use it for higher temperature indirect chicken cooks and reverse seared 2″ thick ribeye. I have even used it with my cast iron pizza pan and made smashburgers with it! I honestly struggle to cook without it. Thanks Dave for designing and selling such a high quality product.

4 out of 5 Better than my Pit Barrel Cooker

I purchased one of these for my standard 22″ kettle. In my honest opinion, the smoke flavor and juiciness is superior to the Pit Barrel Cooker that I also purchased. Also, great support, recipe ideas and setup/cooking techniques on the forum.

Only draw backs are the limitation of cooking area, which now that ABC offers a 26″ and Ranch Kettle option, that shouldn’t be as much of an issue. Also, for a simple piece of quality stainless steel, they sure are proud of it ($$$). Maybe someday they’ll hire some American robots to make them and get that price down a little.

All things said, it’s worth the price – very durable, and you will be floored by the results.

5 out of 5 Changed my grill completely!

Three years ago, I bought an electric smoker, which is fantastic for all it does. Of course, it has limitations – it can’t sear, it doesn’t get chicken or turkey skin crisp, and of course, you can’t use it for grilling. So my family bought me a Weber 22″ grill two years ago, and that was a nice addition, and I tried setting up two zones for steaks. Then I read about the Slow N Sear, and after I bought it, my grilling changed dramatically. Being an engineer, the first thing I did was verify that it really does create two distinct zones. I absolutely love how precise and separate the zones are (verified with my Thermoworks Smoke). I can now smoke different meats at different temperatures, having the SnS and my electric smoker, but more importantly, I can smoke/grill wings and burgers and *steaks* to perfection! I recently bought the custom Grill Grates, which ramped it up even more! I highly, highly, highly recommend the SnS. I’ve told everyone at work about it, and have shared it on FB. These folks put out fantastic products, and I hope they succeed beyond their dreams. If you like to grill and/or smoke, check out the SnS, grill grates, and more. And if you don’t know about using two zones, check out Meathead and the amazingribs site. They love the SnS, and for good reason!

BTW, I’m pleased to say that my younger son, who is in college, has followed in my footsteps and is the head grill master in his Corps unit!

    5 out of 5 Slow n Sear...it works !!

I’ve had mine for 2 years now and never use my Weber without it. I’ve smoked ribs, chicken and brisket using it with great results. For long cooks you just start a few briquettes, set your vents and you will have consistent temps for the next 6 hours easily. the Slow n Sear is a great product, it’s heavy duty stainless steel and will last forever. I love having the reservoir that holds a quart of water to add moisture, it lasts and helps maintain temps. If you are thinking about buying and are on the fence jump off and buy it, you will never regret it. a great product with great support and a great community of Slow N Sear heads on Facebook will guide you and share tips and recipes. I’m actually buying the Drip & Griddle pan next to complete my setup. Go for it !!

Since I got the SnS, I have been putting brisket on at midnight, getting a good nights sleep, then going out in the morning to refresh the charcoal. The temps remain stable all night! I could never do that with the previous product I used. In the past, an all day cook meant adjusting vents and adding charcoal all day. Not anymore! Just buy it. You won’t regret it.

Works great with weber kettle. I get a 6 to 7 hour burn at 250 following lnstructions. If fuel runs low just move remaining lit coals to one side and add new coals. Works great for hot and fast also. Just fill unit most of the way up and place 25 hot coal across top of unlit coals.

5 out of 5 Takes A Weber Cooker To A Whole New Level

I’ve only had the Slow and Sear for a short period of time but I have been amazed with it’s performance with each use. I’ve used it reverse searing some rib eyes with wonderful results. It produced the best sear I’ve ever had. I’ve also did a low and slow with a roast that came out awesome. I was thrilled that I was able to hold steady temps over a long period of time without having to fiddle with the vents continuously. This is a solid product well worth its price.

5 out of 5 Made me more of a man.

The Slow N Sear made me go from a boy to a man when it came to my cooking skills. My first cook, a pork butt, turned out to be among the best pulled pork I’ve ever had. Ribs, also good, but not perfect (user error) until my second time around. Brisket, oh baby… second best brisket I’ve had.

Here’s the tip that few people, myself included, have the discipline to do when they first get the Slow N Sear: Do a dry run without cooking anything. Controlling temperature with the Slow N Sear is dead simple but even simple things have a learning curve. Doing this just ONCE will give you the comfort and confidence you need to be able to rock and roll from the very first cook.

Side note: I also have a Pit Barrel Cooker and the Slow N Sear produces much better tasting BBQ in my opinion.

5 out of 5 Research Research Research

My wife and I wanted to get away from using a gas grill. If for no other reason but to try to do our own smoking. I don’t like to buy thing on impulse so I did my homework and was about to buy a Weber Smokey Mountain as a dedicated smoker. But this would still bind me to the gas grill. It was a sacrifice we were willing to make.

Shortly thereafter, I came across a video showing me how to use this Slow N Sear product. I then saw the versatility of being able to cook low and slow for those perfect smokey ribs or I could cook with high heat to get that perfectly seared medium rare steak! It was the best of both worlds using just one grill!

The price for the Slow N Sear seemed excessive. But after getting mine I quickly dismissed this idea because of the high quality stainless steel used in it’s construction. This thing will last for years unlike those thin charcoal baskets that come with your Weber grill and need to be replaced each season. And the water reservoir is perfectly placed to add the moisture you need for slow cooks like pulled pork. The water also helps to regulate your cooking temp!

We used it for 2 cookout so far. We got fantastic results making a mouth watering steak and lip smacking baby back ribs. I’m hooked!

I’ve been using the Slow ‘n Sear for a while now. I was an early adopter and own SnS number 33. And it has delivered. It’s versatile, doing both high temperature and low and slow equally well. You can read all the techniques and advantages on this site, but here is what I love more than anything. It brings my family home. My kids and grandkids, when they hear that I’m doing some ribs or pulled pork or steaks or chops or a chicken or….whatever it might be, come home. They want to have what I’m fixing. And that is more important than anything else. Food brings family and friends together and makes memories. Great food gets them there and makes memories great. You can’t do better than that.

5 out of 5 Best kettle investment

This is by far the best addition to my Weber performer. I originally bought the performer to hold me over while saving up for a kamado. My wife bought the SNS for me as a gift after she saw me looking at it for a while. It is easy to keep at 225-250 for 8+ hours with very little tending, or blazing hot for the perfect sear. I use 2 zone cooking almost every cook, so this accessory never leaves the grill. This past weekend I cooked a Boston butt for 10 hours for pulled pork low n slow. Then raised the temp easily by opening up a little airflow and coooked the potatoes and cornbread on the grill too. Everything came out perfect. Needless to say I’m loving the Kettle with the SNS and no longer looking for a kamado. If anything I’ll be getting a 26er with the Slow n Sear XL for more cook space.

5 out of 5 First year

I purchased the Slow N’ Sear about 1 year ago. Since then I have averaged 2 cooks a week with it or over 100 cooks. This thing is amazing in how easy it is to maintain just about any indirect temp between 225-400. I have done numerous cooks over 8 hours and many reverse sears. I live in UP of Michigan and use this throughout the biter winter with no trouble. The SNS is so well built it will outlast my 22 Weber! This was the best money I’ve spent on BBQ equipment!

5 out of 5 Love my slow n sear

I am absolutely thrilled with the quality and function of my slow n sear. The long progressive burn time, consistency of temperature and water tray all add up to a perfect combination of form and function I do ribs, brisket, chicken drumsticks as well as slab bacon,. I can keep the smoker at 225 all day and the amount of smoke and moisture is perfect for the low and slow method.

5 out of 5 The Best Weber Add-On Ever

This is easily the best add-on to the Weber kettle there is. It easily gives you the three ranges you need for grill work: slow (225), medium (325), and blazing hot. I do chicken, beef, and pork with it. It’s a great wet smoker that holds a steady temperature for a full six hours on a single charge of charcoal. It is also very economical of charcoal as you can close the vents when you’re done and recover an amazing amount of charcoal for the next session. My favorite application is slow and sear steak, tri-tip, and pork tenderloin. I cook them covered and indirect with a little smoking wood for 10 – 15 minutes until the interior temp is about 20º shy of done. Then take the lid off, get the afterburner fired up and put on a nice, uniform controlled sear. Perfect sear, perfect temperature. I’ve been grilling for over 30 years and this is a game changer.

5 out of 5 The SnS made this amateur look like a pro

I wanted to get into grilling and low n slow smoking with no experience and only a small budget. A friend recommended getting a Weber Kettle as a starter to learn the basics. As a reader of Serious Eats I discovered the SnS and the great review on AmazingRibs.com. The setup was right up my ally in design and price point. I was so impressed at how easy it was to setup and hold temps. I started off with ribs and chicken with great success but then decided to just give a full packer brisket a shot. That went so well and I impressed people who had less success on more expensive setups. While this may have been originally thought up as my starter setup, I have no reason to upgrade, well unless it’s a 26″ Kettle and an SnS Plus 😉 Also as a bonus, the customer service and community of SnS users are great!

    5 out of 5 Fantastic!

After months of debating whether or not to make this purchase I can say I have no regrets. I have smoked many ribs and pork shoulders using the snake method and have had good results but I was constantly adjusting the vents as I couldn’t hold a consistent temp. I had read many reviews and most said to follow the directions closely so that’s what I did. For my first cook I picked up some pork baby back ribs and some beef short ribs, I re-read the directions one last time and I was ready to go. After the initial set up with the charcoal and wood chunks I placed the digital probes, laid all the ribs on the grate (and man did I like all the extra room I had) and put on the lid. The temperature held steady between 223° and 225° for the 5 1/2 hours that the ribs were on. It was amazing how well the SNS worked, I couldn’t believe it but hooked on it now. Thank you for such a great product. Now I might have to buy another one for my new 26″ Weber.

I was never good at smoking ribs until I got a Slow N Sear. I smoked fall of the bone ribs in 4.5 hours. Idiot proof for me. Well worth the investment

4 out of 5 Great product, 1 minor problem

The Slow ‘N Sear does everything that it’s advertised to do. Glad I didn’t listen to my skepticism. The 1 issue is the center wall, separating the water from charcoal has warped. Not a great issue but I’ve lost a little searing area. Not a metal fabricator but wonder if some sort of stainless brace in the center of the water area would help.

Thank you for your review! The slight warping of your reservoir is normal and a by-product of the very high quality 304 stainless steel metal we use to make the Slow ‘N Sear. 304 SS is very durable, corrosion resistant, and has a super high melting point of 2500 F. These are all good qualities in a charcoal basket/water reservoir. The downside of 304 SS is that it has a slightly higher coefficient of expansion than cheaper metals like carbon steel as well as cheaper types of stainless steel. Because the inner wall of the water reservoir gets much hotter than the outer wall, especially when searing, some warping can occur during hot cooks. The inner wall expands more then the outer wall due to the different temperatures each wall reaches during the cook. The shape should return to normal once it cools down, though in many cases a small amount of warping remains. This is normal and we baked this into our product claims of 5 hours of steam and 8+ hours of low and slow cooking. Your Slow ‘n Sear weathers this warping quite well and will last you many many years.

5 out of 5 The real deal

You’ll know this thing is legit when you pick it up. It’s heavy duty stuff that makes a huge difference in your BBQ. Start it up using the instructions they give you and you’ll have 225 all day with minimal adjustment of vents. I’ve played with the sear side a little too and it has worked flawlessly as well. Well worth the price for anyone wanting to do some serious BBQ on their Weber kettle grill

5 out of 5 Allows me, with little experience, to make unbelievable bbq.

I’m fairly new to trying to bbq and smoke food. My wife got me a new weber kettle last spring and after doing some research, got the sns. For the most part I don’t want to tinker around all day while trying to smoke something. With the sns apart from glancing at the temps every hour or so I can typically get a good 8-10 hours of steady temps with one load of charcoal with wood chunks. I can’t say enough good about this product for ease of use and quality of food it helps me produce. I’ve lightly smoked and reverse seared steaks and burgers, done hotdogs, and all the way up to pork butts and chuck roasts for 13 hours. I don’t have enough experience to be comfortable recommending much related to bbq, but I can wholeheartedly endorse the sns. Thanks for a great product that allows me to do what I would not have thought possible. It’s so easy it makes me feel like I’m cheating.

    5 out of 5 Perfect!

The easiest way to turn a novice into an expert, use this product! I have the original Slow N Sear, and from the very first time I used it, I made great BBQ. The best way to control the temp and cooking zones, and precise control over smoke. I could cook ribs before, now I make great ribs! Of course there is the “Sear” the best method for sealing in the juices on a great steak. I’ve stopped using the gas grill, and used to BBQ on a Brinkman Smoke N Grill, after using a Weber kettle with the Slow N Sear I will never go back to it.

5 out of 5 I'm so impressed; the Slow'n'Sear is awesome

Last Christmas my husband so generously gave me a Weber Smokey Mountain smoker for Christmas. I’ve been smoking for a number of years on a gas grill. It was a lovely gift and I never return gifts but the Smokey Mountain was too large for our family of two plus occasional guests, so I asked if her minded if I returned it. I haven’t used charcoal for over 30 years and missed it. I came home with the Webber Performer, read the reviews on Amazingribs.com and broke out the credit card for the S’NS, invested in good thermometers and haven’t looked back. It took me a while to get the temps where I wanted them but it was so worth the investment. I’ve grilled steaks, whole chickens, smoked pork butt and even did a chuck roast in -25 degrees C. You’ll have to do the math for temp in F, but believe me I had a down coat on. With a bit of fussing with the vents the S”n”S held the temps for 5 hours!

I’m so pleased with how flexible and how well made the product is.

5 out of 5 Thumbs Up for Slow'n'Sear!

I’ve been using the original Slow’n’Sear for awhile now, and love it. It’s perfect for reverse searing steaks, etc, and turns my Weber kettle into a great smoker! The Drip’n’Griddle plate is so much quicker and easier to clean than a hunk of aluminum foil for the smoke or reverse sear – I recommend that as well! At this point, it’s not too often I use my Weber without the ABC add-ons!

5 out of 5 One of the two best investments in my smoking.

Besides digital thermometers, this is the best purchase I have made to improve my outdoor cooking. I have been “playing” at smoking for a number of years, but never got serious because of the lack of temperature control. I have tried several other products, but none delivered what they promised. The SnS does. It allows me to smoke food at a low temperature for hours unattended. That means a reasonable amount of sleep on an overnight cook.
Want a steak better than you can buy in almost any restaurant? Use the SnS to cook it low and slow, then sear it over the hot side. Friends tell me I make the best steak they have ever had, and it’s not hard to do. Just follow the videos here and you will be amazed.
And it makes delicious chicken with crisp skin when used for a hot and fast cook.
If you have a Weber kettle, (or similar), you NEED a Slow and Sear!

5 out of 5 Kettles should come with a SnS built in.

Cooking on a kettle is all about two zones. The slow and sear is the perfect device for this style of cooking. Pushing all your coals to one side, snake, minion methods, they all work; but the SnS takes it two a new level. I’ve owned one since they came out. I’ve done nothing to care for it, it’s indestructible. If your looking to smoke meats at low temperature and own a kettle this is a must. Into sous vide and looking for a way to sear as hot as possible? Load up you SnS and sear away. Simply put, if I lost mine tomorrow I would order another one right away

5 out of 5 My Mistake!!

I want to rescind my earlier negative comments on this product! I claimed it could not keep the pit in a Weber at 225, but I was wrong. The error was on my; there was a lot of air escaping through the lid of my grill, and that has nothing to do with the efficiency of this product. Once people pointed this out to me and I eliminated the lid leak, the pit has been happily sitting at 222-225. My apologies to ABC.

5 out of 5 Waste of Money

The idea that this will maintain a pit temp of 225 is a joke. I have used it a number of times now, and even with only a half full load of coals from the chimney starter the pit temp is well about 300 unless I constantly remove the lid of the Weber-and this is with all vents closed. Do not waste your money.

If there was a way to rescind this review, I would. The issue was the lid of my Weber, NOT the Slow and Sear! Sitting here now with a temp at 223, and the mistake was all mine. So, so sorry.

Mark our lighting instructions state you should start with 12-15 coals to hit 225 F. A half chimney of charcoal is 40 briquettes, which is what we suggest you use when trying to maintain 325 F. Removing the lid while vents are closed to maintain temps is a really bad idea. Your vents need to be partially open and you need to keep “lid leaks” to a minimum to maintain proper temperatures. Call us at 704-425-1023 and we’ll be glad to help you with these techniques and more. Don’t give up on your Slow ‘N Sear. It hasn’t given up on you!

5 out of 5 Turns your kettle into a 1st rate smoker and sear machine

I’ve had the slow n sear for a year and it immediately upped my game in terms of the quality of the food I cook and its ease of use. Controlling temps in my grill is much much easier wether I want to cook at 225 for a long slow smoke, 325 for chicken or 500 plus for pizzas. And it is a sear machine. Blazing hot !
Unlike a charcoal basket that you can get from Weber, the slow m sear will last forever and seems indestructible. After a year, there is no rust.
But what really makes this product so special is the dedication the company has to the user experience. There’s a Facebook group that the company actively participates in. They dole out tips and tricks, and cheer us on in our BBQ victory pics, help troubleshoot user errors and just generally try to help us become “pit masters”
They also have a YouTube channel that they constantly update with videos on how to cook everything.
Outstanding product. Fall in love with bbqing.

5 out of 5 The Weber Kettle and Slow N Sear are a match made in heaven!

I have had the Slow N Sear since it first came available. It makes using my Weber Kettle a sheer joy now. Before I had to fight the temperatures every time I tried to use it as a smoker. I might mention I do have 2 Weber Smoky Mountain Smokers and a pellet grill that I was using before. I still have them but they rarely get used thanks to this fantastic product! I will be adding a 26 inch Weber Kettle to my arsenal soon and will be buying the larger Slow n Sear. Excellent company that is extremely passionate about their product and taking care of their customers.

It has turned my Weber Kettle into a quality smoker and a phenomenal grill. It allows me to grill a PERFECTLY cooked steak, burger, sausage, you name it! There is no excuse not to own a Slow N Sear! I recommend it every chance I get!
